1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Uplow platform and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") with Eren ehf., the Icelandic company that operates Uplow. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of services

Uplow is operated by Eren ehf., an Icelandic company. We provide entity intelligence, media monitoring, and advertising analytics. The scope and features of the Services depend on your plan and may be updated from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Account and use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Services to harm others or our systems.

4. Intellectual property and data

Uplow and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, design, and content. You retain rights in data you submit. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data as necessary to provide and improve the Services. Our use of your data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment and subscription

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees may be updated with notice. Subscription terms (e.g. billing cycle, cancellation) are as set out in your order or separate agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eren ehf. (Uplow) and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Eren ehf. may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms or for other reasons with notice where appropriate. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, intellectual property) will survive termination.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and indicate the last updated date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
